Makea Macaluso is a successful Entrepreneur, Real Estate investor and franchisee. Makea started her Real Estate career in 2007 while many Realtors were exiting the business. Makea took a leap of faith and launched her Real Estate career during one of the most challenging times GFC (Great Financial Crisis) to get into the business.

Because of the turmoil in the Real Estate market Makea had to truly learn what it took to market a property, generate business leads, and stand out from the crowd. Makea Macaluso has also had a passion for service and helping people which has guided her career and has stayed at the forefront of her business endeavors.

When Makea and her husband Paul decided to start investing in multifamily property, they had a vision of providing clean, safe and affordable housing in their community. Since 2016 Makea and Paul have continued growing their investment portfolio with the same vision and core values as the day they started.

In November of 2021 Makea Macaluso opened her first franchise, Togo’s here in Las Vegas. Makea grew up eating Togo’s sandwiches and also met her husband Paul at a Togo’s sandwich shop 20 plus years ago.

With Makea’s determination she expanded her investment portfolio which has been centered in a passion for serving others, to include Togo’s sandwiches in Las Vegas so she can share a piece of her history with her children along with the community. One of Makea’s joys in the franchise is hearing stories from her guest about how Togo’s brought back some amazing memories for them.

Through all of Makea’s success she continues to give back to her community every chance she gets by supporting local charities such as Project 150, Angles of Las Vegas and Opportunity Village.
